I first watched this movie a few months ago. I am not sure how I went through 17 years of life without ever consciously getting the film spoiled for me, but if you don’t know anything about the movie, WATCH IT BEFORE IT IS SPOILED FOR YOU. Maybe it’s been long enough since the movie came out that people aren’t really talking about it anymore. But rewatching it, knowing what you know after the first viewing, is a completely different experience.
I love this movie so much. When I watched it for the first time, I had only just started getting into horror movies. This movie isn’t necessarily scary, but there are definitely creepy moments… including that first scene. I loved it then and I loved it even more the second time! Bruce Willis as the lead was great and the little boy, Haley Joel Osment, was so good as well. I highly recommend this movie to everyone, whether you’ve seen it already or not, but especially to people who don’t know the ending.
